This design pairs the brand's iconic signature red with vibrant sea blue, balanced by warm wood panels and sleek gray walls to create a lively, modern Taiwanese atmosphere. The main teppanyaki cooking station features refined gray terrazzo countertops, highlighted by neon lights and 3D illuminated slogan walls to form a dynamic cooking stage. The self-serve bar features an eye-catching red framed ceiling, vintage lightboxes, and warm spotlights, offering guests a colorful, fun, and delicious dining experience.

In 2009 he founded JEC Design, focusing on corporate office and commercial space design. Drawing on his years in the office furniture industry, he brings thorough, hands-on expertise in furniture systems, material applications, soft furnishings, and construction integration.

From spatial requirements and design planning to furniture layout, material selection, and on-site delivery, he is committed to creating spaces that combine function, aesthetics, and brand value for businesses through clear, professional, integrated thinking.

He holds professional interior renovation certifications, and JEC is a legally registered, qualified interior renovation company.
