This design uses concrete-textured gray walls and black metal framework as its foundation, paired with metal mesh ceiling panels and track lighting to define a sleek, modern soft-industrial style. Warm wood workstations and bar seating balance the cool industrial elements, creating a welcoming and comfortable visual harmony. Black-framed glass partitions and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows introduce abundant natural light. Combined with a double-height loft layout and a checkered steel plate staircase, the space fosters an open, highly collaborative, and professional biotech working environment.
