Warm Modern: Translucent Loft-Style Luxury Residence

TAIWAN

This design takes warm, natural wood tones and deep muted grays as its core palette, combining large clear glass panels and black metal framework to shape a home that feels both sleekly modern and reminiscent of a high-end boutique hotel. The visual centerpiece of the space is the extensive tempered glass walkway on the upper level, which eliminates the cramped feeling of loft ceilings while allowing natural light and sightlines to flow freely across floors. The bedroom area pairs a timber-wrapped semi-open bathroom, a compact refreshment bar, and cozy gray velvet seating with sheer curtains and soft localized lighting to create a continuous, relaxing boutique hotel living experience.
